We oversee both the male and female hostels, and our team manages day-to-day boarding operations with a strong emphasis on student well-being, character development, and open communication. Our healthcare team handles day-to-day medical needs, tracks vital growth records, including height and weight, and maintains strict confidentiality. While we cater to immediate healthcare requirements on campus, we maintain swift, established protocols to refer complex cases to trusted external specialists whenever necessary.

Assessors act as the guardians of academic excellence and operational discipline at Jephthah. We operate on a strict round-the-clock shift system across morning, afternoon, and night sessions. Our role is to audit classroom environments. We ensure both teachers and students are precisely where they need to be, monitor the quality of teacher-student interactions, and guarantee that the school’s high standards of instruction and engagement are maintained at all times.
Located on the ground floor of the main school block. The library holds books, encyclopedias, magazines, and newspapers for research and independent reading. Open Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. No textbooks are allowed inside the library.
Sits on the first floor of the main school block. Houses over 40 computers and provides IT, audio-visual, and multimedia support for classroom teaching. Open to all students on a timetabled basis, Monday to Friday.
Coordinates registration and administration for all eight external examinations: WAEC, NECO, JAMB, Rivers State JSCE, Cambridge Checkpoint, Cambridge IGCSE, SAT, PSAT, ACT, and IELTS.
